Return / Exchange

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. We charge a return shipping fee of €6 per return. We will cover the remaining costs for you.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchange
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item as a separate purchase.

European Union – 14-day cancellation period
Notwithstanding this, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
