1. Photograph the affected piece of jewelry so that the damage is clearly visible.

2. Send the photo along with your order number or proof of purchase by email to office@eclate.at .

3. Our service team will review your claim promptly and get back to you.

• Additionally, we cannot replace items that have been lost, stolen, scratched, intentionally damaged, or damaged by a third party.
